The goal is to find objects that start with or represent each letter of the alphabet, from A to Z. Encourage participants to think creatively and explore their surroundings.
Print one of the below for each team/ player
Create teams or play individually: Decide whether participants will play in teams or individually. If in teams, assign each team a different color or name for identification purposes.
Set boundaries (optional): Determine the boundaries or area in which the scavenger hunt will take place. This could be indoors, outdoors, or a specific location such as a park or school.
Start the hunt: Give each participant or team a pen and a piece of paper or a printable scavenger hunt checklist with the letters of the alphabet listed from A to Z.
Search for objects: Participants must search for objects that represent each letter of the alphabet. For example, for the letter "A," they might find an apple, an ant, or an art supply. For the letter "B," they could find a book, a ball, or a butterfly.
Write down the objects: As participants find objects for each letter, they should write down or mark the objects on their checklist. Encourage them to be specific and use their creativity to come up with different objects for each letter.
Time limit (optional): If desired, set a time limit for the scavenger hunt. This adds a sense of urgency and excitement to the game.
Gather and share findings: Once the scavenger hunt time is up or when all participants have completed their checklists, gather together and share the objects found for each letter. Discuss the creative choices and unique objects discovered.
Celebrate and award: Congratulate participants on their efforts and creativity. You can award small prizes
