Bead & Pipe Cleaner Snowflakes

Supplies:

• 3 white pipe cleaners per snowflake

• Pony beads (blue, white, silver, or clear work well)

• Scissors (if needed)

• String or ribbon (optional, for hanging)

Steps:

1. Create the Snowflake Base:

   • Take 3 pipe cleaners and twist them together tightly at the centre to form a 6-pointed star (like a snowflake shape).

   • Spread out the 6 arms evenly so it looks like a snowflake frame.

2. Add Beads:

   • Slide beads onto each pipe cleaner arm. You can use any colour pattern (e.g., blue-white-blue or all white).

   • Leave about 1 cm of pipe cleaner at the end of each arm so the beads don’t fall off.

3. Secure the Ends:

   • Fold the end of each pipe cleaner back on itself to stop the beads sliding off. Press the end flat or twist it into a tiny loop.

4. Add a Hanger (Optional):

   • If you want to hang the snowflake, cut a small piece of string or ribbon and twist or glue it to the top arm.
