DIY Painted mug

Materials needed:

White mugs

Decoart Crafter's Acrylic Paint

Paint brushes - Medium and Small

Water to clean brushes

Cotton buds

Oven

Instructions:

1) Wash the mugs to ensure the outside is a clean surface to paint on.

2) Paint your desired design onto the mug. Be creative - this can be a fun project for kids to create their own work of art. The paint is easy to remove if any mistakes are made. Use a little bit of water and a cotton bud to remove any errors.

3) Once your painting is finished, place the mugs onto a baking tray and into a cold oven. Important: Do not preheat the oven because the mug may crack or shatter if it does not gradually heat.

4) Turn the oven onto bake at 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.

5) When the 30 minutes is up, turn off the oven but leave the mug inside to cool down with the oven.

6)Once the oven is completely cooled, remove your finished mugs!
