Dream Blowing Trumpet (Inspired by The BFG)

Supplies:

• A3 or A4 card (thick paper works best)

• Tape or glue stick

• Paints, markers, or coloured paper for decorating

• Optional: glitter, stickers, washi tape for extra sparkle

Steps:

1. Roll the Card

   • Take your piece of card and roll it into a cone shape, with one end wide (for the “bell” of the trumpet) and the other end narrow (the “mouthpiece”).

   • Adjust until you’re happy with the shape, then tape or glue it in place.

2. Decorate

   • Use paint, markers, or coloured paper to decorate your trumpet in bright, whimsical patterns.

   • Add swirls, stars, zigzags — anything magical.

3. Add Sparkle (Optional)

   • Glue on glitter, stickers, or washi tape for extra magic.

4. Finish the Mouthpiece (Optional)

   • Wrap the small end in coloured paper or washi tape for comfort and decoration.

5. Dry & Display

   • Let paint or glue dry completely before use.
