Freeze Dance

Supplies

• Music player (phone, speaker, etc.)

• Playlist of fun, upbeat songs

Steps

1. Have all children spread out in a safe, open area.

2. Start playing music — everyone dances freely.

3. Randomly pause the music at intervals.

4. When the music stops, everyone must freeze in place.

5. Anyone caught moving after the music stops is out (optional) or just have a laugh and keep them in.

6. Repeat until the song ends or for as long as the group is engaged.
