Hero Says

Goal:

Listen closely and follow commands — but only if the Hero says so!

🧍‍♀️ Players Needed:

• 1 Hero Leader (calls the commands)

• Everyone else is a Superhero in Training

🧠 How to Play:

1. Hero Leader calls out commandsExample: “Hero says… Fly like a bird!” — everyone should flap their arms and run.

2. Only follow the command if it begins with “Hero says...”If the Hero Leader says “Jump in the air!” (without “Hero says”), and you do it — you’re out (or do 5 star jumps to rejoin).

3. Keep going!The game continues as long as you like — switch leaders to give everyone a turn.

Hero says: Power Pose!	Hands on hips, chest out
Hero says: Spin Attack!	Spin around once
Hero says: Call for Backup!	Find a partner and link arms
