Group Size
6+ players (works best with a medium–large group).
Supplies Needed
Open, safe space (indoor hall, school grounds, or playground).
Agreed boundary area (set limits so kids don’t wander too far).
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 – Choose the Seeker
One player is chosen to be “It” (the Seeker/Tagger).
Step 2 – Counting & Hiding
The Seeker closes their eyes and counts aloud to 20 (or 30).
While counting, the other players hide somewhere within the boundary.
Step 3 – Seek & Tag
After counting, the Seeker shouts “Ready or not, here I come!”
The Seeker searches for the hidden players.
If the Seeker finds someone, they must chase and tag them.
Step 4 – Joining the Seeker
Once tagged, that player also becomes a Seeker/Tagger.
Both work together to find and tag the remaining hidden players.
Step 5 – Game Ends
The game continues until all players are found and tagged.
The last person tagged is the winner and can be the next Seeker if you play again.
Variations
Safe Spot/Base: Choose a “safe zone” where players can run to avoid being tagged.
Time Limit: If not everyone is tagged after a certain time, remaining players win.
