How to Make Pom Pom Poppers

Supplies Needed:

1. Balloons

2. Plastic Cups or Toilet Paper Tubes

3. Scissors

4. Pom Poms or small lightweight balls

5. Tape (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cut the Balloon: Cut off the bottom (wide end) of the balloon, about one third from the bottom.

2. Prepare the Cup or Tube: If using a plastic cup, cut the bottom off. If using a toilet paper tube, no modification is necessary.

3. Attach the Balloon: Stretch the cut end of the balloon over one end of the cup or tube. It should be tight like a drum. If necessary, secure the balloon with some tape.

4. Load the Popper: Place a pom pom or lightweight ball into the open end of the cup or tube.

5. Use the Popper: Pull back on the tied end of the balloon, then release to send the pom pom flying!
