Supplies
LEGO baseplate (approx. 32x32 studs or similar size)
Assorted LEGO bricks (regular and flat pieces)
1 marble (or small ball that rolls easily)
Optional: LEGO figurines or decorations for extra fun
Steps
Choose Your Base Place the baseplate on a flat surface. This will be the floor of your maze.
Plan Your Maze Path
Imagine the start point and the finish point.
You can mark them with different-coloured bricks or a flag.
Think about making turns, dead ends, and narrow passages to make it challenging.
Build the Walls
Use LEGO bricks to create the maze walls.
Keep the wall height at least 2 bricks high so the marble can’t roll over them.
Leave gaps in the walls where you want the marble to pass through.
Add Challenges (Optional)
Create ramps using sloped LEGO pieces.
Make a “bridge” by building two supports and placing a flat piece across.
Add tunnels using arch pieces.
Decorate Your Maze (Optional)Add LEGO people, trees, or themed decorations to make it look exciting.
Play the Game
Place the marble at the start.
Tilt the baseplate slightly to roll the marble through the maze to the finish.
Time yourself or challenge friends to see who can finish fastest without falling off the path.
Other Information
You can make it harder by adding more turns, dead ends, or narrow sections.
You can make it easier for younger kids by making the path wider and using fewer obstacles.
If you don’t have a marble, you can use a small bouncy ball or even a large bead.
