Musical Chairs

Title: How to Play Musical Chairs

Supplies Needed:

1. Chairs

2. Music player

Instructions:

1. Set Up Chairs: Arrange the chairs in a circle, facing outward, with enough space for players to walk around them. There should be one fewer chair than the number of players.

2. Start the Music: Begin playing music. While the music is playing, the players must walk, skip, or dance around the chairs.

3. Stop the Music: At random intervals, stop the music. As soon as the music stops, everyone must try to sit in a chair.

4. Eliminate a Player: The player who does not find a chair is out of the game.

5. Remove a Chair: After each round, remove one chair from the circle.

6. Repeat the Process: Continue with the music starting and stopping, players finding chairs, and removing a chair after each round.

7. Declare the Winner: The last player remaining with a chair is the winner.

Safety is important while playing this game. Ensure the playing area is free of hazards, and remind the children to be careful when rushing to find a chair. The game encourages children to be alert and quick, all while enjoying the rhythm of the music.
