Reconstruct the rainbow

Children will need to be divided into six groups for this activity.

Assign each group a colour of the rainbow, it is each team's mission to locate the missing pieces of the rainbow in their colour.

Each of the pieces will need to be hidden in the suggested locations prior to this activity.

Each team will then receive a clue to where their colour can be found.

Once teams have found all the missing pieces of the rainbow they must work together to ‘reconstruct the rainbow’ (put the puzzle together). A prize can be given and the end of the activity to the team who finds their pieces the fastest.
