Supplies:
1 inflatable reindeer antler headband
inflatable rings
Optional: cones or markers to set distance lines
Optional: timer or stopwatch
Steps:
Choose the Reindeer:
One player wears the inflatable reindeer antlers.
Make sure the antlers are secure and comfortable.
Set the Throwing Line:
Place a marker on the ground where the throwing player must stand.
Adjust the distance depending on age and ability (closer for younger kids).
Start the Toss:
The second player stands behind the line and throws the rings toward the antlers.
The player wearing the antlers tries to catch the rings by tilting and moving their head, but must keep their feet in place.
Scoring:
1 point for each ring that lands and stays on an antler.
Play for a set number of rings or for a timed round (e.g., 1 minute).
Switch Roles:
After each round, swap so the “Reindeer” gets a turn to toss, too.
Winning:
The player (or team) with the most points wins.
Other Information:
Safety note: Players should toss gently — no fast or hard throws.
Works well as a relay-style team game for large groups: teams race to see who can get the most rings onto their reindeer in a set time.
Great indoors or outdoors and perfect for a Christmas-themed activity day.
