Snowman Stress balls

Supplies:

  • White balloons (1 per snowman)

  • Flour (approx. 1 cup per balloon)

  • Funnel (or make one from paper)

  • Spoon

  • Permanent markers (black, orange, colours)

  • Googly eyes (optional)

  • Glue (for eyes if used)

  • Optional: coloured balloons or felt scraps for hats/scarves

Steps:

  1. Stretch the Balloon:

    • Blow up the white balloon and let the air out again. This makes it easier to fill.

  2. Fill with Flour:

    • Insert the funnel into the neck of the balloon.

    • Spoon flour in until the balloon is full but still squishy (about ¾ full).

    • Remove funnel and gently squeeze out any extra air.

    • Tie a knot in the balloon tightly.

  3. Add the Snowman Face:

    • Use markers to draw eyes, a carrot nose, a smile, and buttons.

    • Stick on googly eyes if using glue (PVA or hot glue if supervised).

    • Optional: draw or glue on a scarf or earmuffs.

  4. Top it Off:

    • Tie or glue on another balloon or felt piece to make a beanie or hat.

    • Kids can also add little name tags to personalise their snowman.
