Superhero Wrist Cuffs

Supplies:

• Cardstock cut into 10cm strips

• Scissors

• Coloured paper or paint

• Glue or tape

• Stickers, foam stars, glitter, or markers for decorating

• Optional: Velcro dots or elastic for adjustable fit

Steps:

1. Cut the Cardstock

   • Cut cardstock strips into 10cm strips, fit to child so it fits over hand but stays on wrist

2. Decorate

   • Cover the outside with coloured paper or paint.

   • Let kids design their own hero logo or add stars, lightning bolts, and fun patterns.

3. Add Power!

   • Use stickers, glitter, or markers to give the cuffs some serious superhero energy.

4. Secure the Fit

   • Use tape, Velcro, or elastic so kids can easily take them on and off.

5. Let Dry (if needed) and wear them with pride!
