Magical Jelly Rollups

Supplies / Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of jelly crystals (any colour—use rainbow colours for magic vibes)

  • ½ cup boiling water

  • 1½ cups mini marshmallows (white or rainbow)

  • Baking paper

  • Tray with raised edges


Steps:

  1. Make the Jelly BaseMix jelly crystals with ½ cup boiling water until fully dissolved.

  2. Add MarshmallowsStir in the mini marshmallows while the jelly is still hot. Keep mixing gently until they begin to melt into the mixture. Some lumps are okay—they add texture!

  3. Set the Jelly LayerPour the mixture into a baking paper–lined tray (approx. 20cm x 30cm). Spread evenly into a thin layer.

  4. Chill Until SetPlace in the fridge for 30–60 minutes, until firm but pliable.

  5. Roll It Up!Once set, lift the jelly from the tray using the baking paper. Carefully roll it up like a Swiss roll from one end to the other.

  6. Slice into SpiralsUse a sharp (non-serrated) knife to cut slices about 2cm thick. You’ll get colourful, swirly jelly rollups!
