No-Bake Rice Bubble Christmas Slice

Makes: approx. 20–24 squares

Ingredients

  • 125g butter

  • 200g marshmallows (mini marshmallows work best)

  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 4 cups Rice Bubbles

  • ½ cup mini marshmallows (extra, optional)

  • ½ cup Christmas sprinkles or M&Ms

Optional topping

  • 100g milk or white chocolate, melted

  • Extra sprinkles to decorate

Method

  1. Line a slice tin with baking paper.

  2. In a large pot on low heat, melt the butter. Add the marshmallows and condensed milk, stirring until smooth and melted.

  3. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the Rice Bubbles, extra marshmallows, and sprinkles until well coated.

  4. Spoon mixture into the prepared tin and press down gently with the back of a spoon.

  5. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and add extra sprinkles if using.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm, confirmed, then slice into squares.
