Ocean Jelly Cups

Supplies / Ingredients:

• Blue jelly crystals (Berry Blue, Tropical, or Blue Heaven flavour)

• Clear plastic cups

• Gummy fish, turtles, or sea creature lollies

• Whipped cream (optional “waves” on top)

• Crushed biscuits (optional “sand”)

• Spoons

Steps:

1. Prepare the blue jelly according to the packet instructions.

2. Place a few gummy sea creatures at the bottom of each cup.

3. Carefully pour the cooled (but not set) jelly mixture over the lollies.

4. Chill in the fridge until completely set — around 4 hours or overnight.

5. Just before serving, add a layer of whipped cream for ocean foam or sprinkle crushed biscuits on one side for a sandy beach.

6. Add one or two extra gummy creatures on top for decoration.
