Oreo Cookie Ice Cream:

Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
20 Oreo cookies, crushed into chunks
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. This typically takes about 20-25 minutes until the mixture reaches a soft-serve consistency.
While the ice cream is churning, crush the Oreo cookies into chunks. You can do this by placing them in a sealed plastic bag and using a rolling pin or your hands to crush them. Set aside a handful of crushed Oreos for topping.
Once the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, add the crushed Oreo cookies to the ice cream maker. Continue churning for another 5 minutes or until the cookies are evenly distributed throughout the ice cream.
Transfer the Oreo cookie ice cream to a lidded container, layering it with the remaining crushed Oreos as desired. Press down gently on each layer to ensure they are well incorporated.
Cover the container with the lid and freeze the ice cream for at least 4 hours or until firm.
When ready to serve, scoop the Oreo cookie ice cream into bowls or cones. You can also top it with additional crushed Oreos or any other desired toppings.
Enjoy your homemade Oreo Cookie Ice Cream!
