Sherbet & Lollipop Bags

A fun, fizzy treat the kids can make and package as magical “popping spells” or “fairy dust” bags!
Supplies / Ingredients (makes ~12 bags):
2 cups Chelsea Icing Sugar
1 packet jelly crystals (any flavour – raspberry, orange, lime, etc.)
2 tsp citric acid
2 tsp baking soda
Lollipops (1 per bag – Chupa Chups or similar)
Snap-lock bags or small cellophane bags
Ribbon or twist ties
Spoons for mixing

Steps:
Mix the Sherbet:In a bowl, combine the icing sugar, jelly crystals, citric acid, and baking soda. Stir well until fully blended and fizzy-looking.
Taste-Test Time!Dip a lollipop into the sherbet to test. It should fizz slightly on the tongue with a sweet-sour taste.
Bag It Up:Spoon a few tablespoons of sherbet into each snap-lock or cellophane bag.
Add a Lollipop:Place one lollipop into each bag.
Seal and Decorate:Close the bag and tie with ribbon or a twist tie. Add labels like:
“Wizard Pop Dust”
“Unicorn Sparkle Dip”
“Magic Tongue Fizz”
